Volunteer with ASFD
Volunteers help bring the work of ASFD to life.
Volunteer opportunities may include supporting events, community outreach, program activities, administrative projects, fundraising initiatives, family-support efforts, and other organizational needs.
We welcome individuals who believe in our mission and want to use their time and skills to support women and families in our community.

Become a Facilitator
Bonding Time facilitators guide women through ASFD's structured 12-session healing program for adult women impacted by fatherlessness.
We seek compassionate and experienced individuals who are comfortable facilitating group conversations, working with sensitive topics, creating supportive environments, and delivering the Bonding Time curriculum with care and consistency.
Relevant experience may include social work, counseling, psychology, coaching, education, peer support, community programming, or group facilitation.

Join Our Board of Directors
ASFD is building an engaged Board of Directors to help guide the organization's continued growth.
Board members provide governance, strategic oversight, financial stewardship, fundraising support, community connections, and professional expertise while serving as ambassadors for ASFD's mission.
We are particularly interested in leaders with experience in nonprofit leadership, finance, fundraising, legal and governance, strategic partnerships, marketing and communications, community engagement, and organizational development.
