A Healing Journey Rooted in Sisterhood
Bonding Time is the signature healing program of A Sisterhood for Fatherless Daughters, created for adult women who have experienced fatherlessness and are ready to explore how those experiences have shaped their lives, relationships, and sense of self.
Through guided conversations, reflection, interactive activities, and shared experiences, participants are given a supportive space to process the impact of fatherlessness, develop practical tools for healing and personal growth, and build meaningful connections with women who understand.
Your Don't Have to Navigate Healing Alone
Fatherlessness can leave an impact that extends far beyond childhood. For some women, those experiences can influence relationships, self-worth, trust, boundaries, identity, and the way they navigate adulthood.
Bonding Time creates space to explore those experiences without judgment.
Rather than telling women how they should heal, the program encourages participants to better understand their own stories, recognize patterns, develop healthier tools, and determine what moving forward looks like for them.
And they do it surrounded by sisterhood.
Who is Bonding Time For?
Bonding Time is designed for women ages 18 and older who have experienced fatherlessness, whether through absence, abandonment, death, incarceration, estrangement, an emotionally unavailable father, or another circumstance that resulted in growing up without the consistent presence or support of a father figure.
You do not have to be at a particular stage in your healing journey to participate.
You simply have to be willing to show up, reflect, grow, and support the women walking alongside you.
How Bonding Time Works
Bonding Time is a 12-session closed-cohort experience, allowing the same group of women to move through the program together from beginning to end.
Guided Healing Sessions
Facilitated conversations exploring fatherlessness, healing, relationships, identity, confidence, and personal growth.
Reflection & Practical Activities
Intentional exercises that help participants connect what they are learning to their own experiences and goals.
Bonding Time Participant Workbook
A companion resource that allows participants to reflect, complete activities, track their growth, and continue the work between sessions.
Sisterhood & Peer Connection
A consistent community where women can share experiences, encourage one another, and develop meaningful support networks.
In-Person Connection
Opportunities throughout the cohort to deepen relationships and put sisterhood into practice beyond guided discussions.
What We Explore
Healing from fatherlessness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Throughout Bonding Time, participants are guided through conversations and activities that encourage them to understand their experiences, recognize patterns, and intentionally move forward.
Abandonment & Rejection
Identity & Self-Worth
Relationships & Boundaries
Foregiveness & Letting Go
Resilience & Coping
Goals & Moving Forward
Exploring how experiences of absence, abandonment, and rejection may continue to influence emotions, relationships, and self-perception.
Separating who you are from what happened to you and strengthening confidence, self-love, and a healthier sense of identity.
Recognizing relationship patterns, exploring trust and communication, and developing healthier boundaries.
Exploring what forgiveness can mean personally while creating space to release emotions, expectations, and experiences that may no longer serve you.
Recognizing personal strengths and developing practical ways to navigate difficult emotions, experiences, and life transitions.
Looking beyond the past to identify personal goals, strengthen accountability, and intentionally create a vision for the future.
What Participants Can Gain
